Job Description: Position: Technical Lead (Python) Experience: 8–10 Years Budget: ₹27–29 LPA Notice Period: 15–30 Days Payroll: WinWire Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office) Qualification: B.Tech or Equivalent Primary Skills (Must-Have — To be screened by TA team) 6+ years of experience in Python development 4+ years of experience in unit testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, unittest) 3+ years of experience in integration and performance testing tools (e.g., Locust, JMeter) 4+ years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) 1+ year of experience in system migration or modernization projects 2+ years of experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) 6+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment Role & Responsibilities (R&R) – To be evaluated by Technical Panel Lead the design and development of robust, scalable Python applications. Architect and implement testing strategies — unit, integration, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment. Manage and execute migration projects from legacy (.NET) systems to Python-based architectures. Drive code quality, best practices, and ensure compliance with standards. Conduct code reviews, maintain documentation, and uphold test coverage. Monitor application performance and implement optimization strategies. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
