Job Description: Position: Senior Software Development Engineer (SSDE) – Python Experience: 4 to 6 Years Budget: Up to ₹21 LPA Notice Period: 15 to 30 Days Client: WinWire Technologies Payroll: WinWire Technologies Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Office) 🎓 Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in leading development teams. 🧩 Primary Skills (Must Have) — To be Screened by TA Team 1–5 years of experience in API Development using Python or Java. 1–5 years of experience in MuleSoft integration and API management. ⚙️ Role & Responsibilities (RNR) — To be Evaluated by Technical Panel Key Technical Skills Collaborate with architects and product managers to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems. Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and design documents. Apply design patterns and architectural best practices to ensure system integrity and code quality. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript. Develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and/or frontend components. Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards. Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for robust code quality. Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI) best practices. Collaborate with QA teams to identify, diagnose, and fix bugs or performance bottlenecks. Perform peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Estimate development efforts and align contributions to sprint goals. Work closely with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments. Monitor application health and performance in production; ensure system reliability and uptime. Contribute to technical documentation, internal wikis, and onboarding materials. Lead or participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and technical discussions. 💬 Soft Skills / Behavioral Competencies — To be Evaluated by Hiring Manager Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze, design, and troubleshoot complex systems.
