Job Title : L2 RPA Support Engineer – Blue Prism

Job Description: Experience: 7–8 years in IT, including 3–5 years in Blue Prism development & 1–2 years in production support. Role: Looking for an experienced RPA professional to provide L2 production support for Blue Prism automations. You’ll handle incident resolution, root cause analysis, and minor fixes, while ensuring smooth operations of deployed processes. Key Skills: • Blue Prism (Control Room, Scheduler, Work Queues) • Debugging & fixing production issues • SQL queries, Windows Server administration • Basic scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) • ITIL processes – Incident, Change, Problem Management • Runbook & support documentation creation Nice to Have: • Blue Prism Developer/Professional certification • Exposure to UiPath or Automation Anywhere • API/Web Service integrations • Cloud-hosted RPA (Azure/AWS) Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving, clear communication, attention to detail.
