Job Description: Job Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving business growth for recruitment and staffing services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a solid understanding of the HR, recruitment, or staffing ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing solutions across industries. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, and online platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.). Present company capabilities, service offerings, and value propositions to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver business proposals, RFPs, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close profitable business deals. 2. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. Understand client hiring needs, business challenges, and workforce strategies. Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery. 3. Strategy & Planning Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with management to develop pricing strategies and marketing plans. 4. Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM tools. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market intelligence. Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently. Required Skills & Competencies: Proven track record in B2B sales / business development within the recruitment, staffing, or HR services industry. Strong understanding of contract staffing, permanent hiring, RPO, and payroll outsourcing services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship management abilities. Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure. Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing / HR preferred). Experience: 3–8 years in business development, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting.
