Job Title : Manager - Business development

Job Description: Key ResponsibiliƟes:  IdenƟfy and pursue new business opportuniƟes with government and private thermal power plants for ash handling and disposal.  Lead the end-to-end tendering process including documentaƟon, bid preparaƟon, rate analysis, and submission.  Develop and maintain relaƟonships with key stakeholders in the power, infrastructure, cement, and waste management sectors.  Analyze ash disposal rates, transportaƟon/logisƟcs costs, and compeƟtor pricing to support strategic bidding.  IdenƟfy potenƟal disposal avenues such as cement plants, construcƟon companies, brick manufacturers, road contractors, and mines.  Collaborate with internal teams including logisƟcs, finance, legal, and operaƟons to align business development efforts.  Track policy changes, government noƟficaƟons, and environmental regulaƟons impacƟng ash disposal business.  Provide regular updates to senior management on market trends, opportunity pipeline, and business conversion raƟos. QualificaƟons & Experience:  Any Degree with Minimum 3–15 years of experience in business development, specifically in ash handling, logisƟcs, ash disposal management.  Proven experience in dealing with thermal power plants, both government and private sector.  Strong knowledge of ash disposal methods, tender procedures, rate negoƟaƟon, and logisƟcs planning.  Excellent communicaƟon, negoƟaƟon, and stakeholder management skills.  Ability to work independently and travel as required within the assigned region.
